  1. I know what you mean. I can name several of our CD'S on Carnival but only 1 on RCI. Still, we've enjoyed all of our 60 cruises so far!
  2. So Cool! The G in HOGS was for me, we lived in Georgetown TX but have since moved to Ann Arbor MI. Baltimore is our closest port. Going on Vision 12 day on Nov 4. Safe travels to you on your next adventure!
  3. We were on the East Bound TA from Galveston to Barcelona on Vision as well. Great cruise. Our Progressive Trivia team had a Seattle Sue on it. Team name - Neon Hogs 😁
  4. Royal's CD's morning shows are recorded at Night & shown in the morning. I prefer Carnival's Live morning show. They're a lot of fun. I once won a plate of Big Chocolate Chip Cookies for calling in a Trivia answer. You can attend them in the theater and sometimes there's audience participation.
  5. Baltimore is a Very Easy terminal to navigate as is the parking. I prefer Vision to Enchantment. FYI, if only 1 of you likes wine, 1 bottle per person is permitted. The Max may be 2 per cabin. Screw top is best. Ask for a wine glass at any bar and pour your wine before dinner etc. No one cares where it came from. Enjoy!

  7. To be honest, I've never had a Royal CD that I thought was fabulous. He was fine but I mostly saw him when he was on stage at the beginning of the shows. Definitely sounds like Arnold Scwartzenager LOL 😆
  8. Yes he will be on OUR Nov 4 Cruise. Looking forward to meeting you DeltaBlue!
  9. Krash20, the biggest issue will be the weather. We live in Ann Arbor and will be on the ship for a month. Port parking is $45 per day. Have you considered flying? As far as the early pick up, from what I read, they clear the ship pretty early anyway. Congratulations on Platinum!
  10. We had him in May on the Vision repo from Ft Lauderdale to Baltimore.
  11. Last year we took a taxi from the terminal to BWI for $35. I don't have any other info but Google does.
  12. We've stayed BW on Dorsey several times. In May they had a shuttle. I can't guarantee that for you. You can contact them if you want to make sure
  13. Myjillian, sometimes I feel like we shouldn't buy Green Bananas, but we have cruises booked for 2025. I'm 73 & hubby is 84. You'll find him in the Gym on Sea Days! Sorry about Darla, hope she's hanging with Jimmy.
  14. We're too old to be that daring. Flying into Newark a day ahead from Detroit.
  15. Mets07, that' an award winning photo! Where in New Jersey & what restaurant?
  16. We had Mark ?? as a sub for Joff Eaton Jan/Feb 2022 on Anthem. Joff was out with Covid. Anyone know if Mark was Mark Rous? We liked him a lot.
  17. Thanks for the info. That's too bad. We like Repos. In May we took RCI Vision of the Seas from Ft Lauderdale to Baltimore 10 days with 3 ports. Aruba Bonaire and Curacao. It was great! Vision now sails from Baltimore.
  18. We recently moved to Michigan from Texas. Baltimore is now the closest port that we can drive to. Since we moved, we've been on a few Carnival and about to go on our 2nd Royal. Since the 1990's we've been on several NCL sailings including 2 Transatlantics We looked at the Sept 2024 but aren't thrilled about flying back from Quebec City. Question for those who keep up with itineraries, how is the Sky getting to Baltimore? I don't see a repo or is she 'deadheading '? Thanks
  19. I'm in 3 groups also but it's 1 for each of our B2B2B cruises. We have 8 upcoming sailings. There's just so much that I can follow. Every once in a while, I learn something new.
  20. As I said on our Vision page, have a great Sailing! Curious as to how you feel about the CD. -arleen
