Anyone familiar with the Tabyana excursion in Roatan offered by MSC? Trying to find out if it's really 4 hours or longer. I see it says half day, but that's a lot if it's really 4 hours total.

Hmm, not sure why NCL has dropped the ball on this for my cruise. I sent an email. Will call next week if still no progress.

If you received (same day) an auto-reply email response to your successful submission with a case number from guestrelations@ncl.com ? If you did, send a followup email and link that # to check ...
Also, check your spam email filter. Good luck !
Yep, nothing in spam and OBC not on my account online

Thought I'd provide some follow-up. We received an email notice from the Shareholder Benefit Team 10 days after submitting our paperwork to receive an OBC. I am pleased to report that we received $100.00 as a shareholder for an 11 day cruise that was booked through the CAS department. Thank you all once again for your input and great information.
Judy
What date did you originally send in the request?
-
Hmm... I submitted my paperwork 13 days ago. Looking through this thread, it seems others have submitted their paperwork after me and already had the OBC applied to their account. Looks like I may need to contact NCL... again.

Where do people get these ideas (which lead to rumors)? Do you honestly think they will charge for water? Sure, that's what a cruise line needs... a bunch of dehydrated cruisers.

And since you were sailing solo not in a solo cabin did you get double the Lattitudes points?
NCL does not issue double point for that.

NCL seems to be having lots of problems with the site ! As I posted last week, sporadically as I signed in, my final payment due kept changing for NO reason.
Yep! It's also NOT our job to fix their stuff. I just paid the $7.90 since I don't have time to sit and call people who can't figure it out. Now I have a CREDIT balance! I guess that's better than seeing "your cruise is on HOLD!" lol
-
Others are telling me to pay and I'll get it back later? NCL needs to fix it instead of pointing fingers and saying it's ok. It's not okay if my cruise gets canceled.

Hmm then why doesn't my account also say the pay the "discount" for the second excursion I booked? I called guest relations today since I was at a loss at who to contact. They transferred me to a supervisor of reservations who was rude as to why I was "blindly transferred" to her department. Heck I don't know lady... I just want someone to fix it! She said she "reset" my reservation aka I'm going to tell you something to go away and told me to call the online tech support. Such a hassle!
-
Ok I'm having the same problem. The PCC I used only sent me the confirmation letter. So, I decided to call NCL this morning and get a second opinion. Again, I was told my balance was 0 and she too sent the confirmation letter. I'm sorry, but it's unsettling to see this when you click on your reservation that's paid in full!

Hi all. I booked a cruise last week for November that I paid in full. I added 2 excursions and an airport transfer which again I paid in full when I added them to my cruise. I get 10% off my excursions as a latitudes member, the prices I paid reflected that in my cart when I paid.
Yesterday, I noticed when I sign into NCL online and click on that particular cruise it says "Your cruise is on hold, but time is running out... make a payment." I click on it and says on my Payment status under vacation summary - Deposit Due $1027.42, Due by Oct 17, 2019 rather than saying Payment status: Completed. When I click on payment, it says I owe $7.90 which is the discount amount I received for the first excursion I booked on Friday. Everything was fine before yesterday.
I emailed the PCC, who dismissed the problem and just sent me the PDF confirmation last night saying I owe nothing. I called NCL this morning who said she sees I owe nothing. Again she was looking at the confirmation sheet.
Soooooo has anyone else had this problem? What you see online versus the PDF not being the SAME? How can I get this fixed? 2 agents did nothing to resolve the problem.

When I complained that the only information that I can go by is what is presented on their web site, the reservation supervisor stated that the NCL site wasn't really theirs. WHAT!!!!!!
Then whose website is it would have been my response?? Maybe this will help... here's a number to the guest relations department 1(866) 625-1164. I got OBC for a mistake they made with my latitudes points that was fixed after 3 months of back and forth. It's worth a shot.

Hi all,
When is muster drill if the sail away time from San Juan is 9 pm? Never done a late sail away before.
-
Sorry to clarify this was on a cruise that had to be paid in full due to be less than 120 days out. With those you do have to call it in if using 2. I didn't wind up doing the shorter cruise, I got an even better deal on the Pearl 12 day Panama cruise.

Yes, you have to call in. I used my TA and it was a piece of cake! She even offered to apply two certs to one cabin but the single supplement was so small and the TA OBC offer per cabin was so good that the wife and I just booked two cabins for next week’s Sun sailing. I think we got the last two insides as the rates went up immediately after we booked.
Good luck!
She was going to let you use 2 deposits on a 3, 4 or 5 day cruise??
-
With the new special NCL is having on using a regular cruisenext deposit on 3/4/5 day cruises, do you have to call in to redeem or have people had success doing it all online? TIA! 😃

Can you post the link to this on NCL’s website? I can’t find it.

They offer a shuttle to the cruise port, but we rented a car from Alamo instead. We picked it up at the airport and dropped off at the Eller Drive facility the morning of the cruise. We got a little lost finding the drop of point, but after a course correction, we found the process to be easy and simple.
Hi! I rented a car in Fort Lauderdale in June and returned it to the Alamo on Eller. Did you drive around the building and drive into where they are cleaning the cars? They looked at me like I was crazy, but I was just following the signs. Someone from inside did come out to walk me into the building. I asked if I had done the right thing, because I would be coming back this September with another car rental. They said it varies on how busy they are... as if that was a help to me!

You all can continue to sort it out amongst yourselves. 😂 The OBC is on my documents, but I didn't receive any email confirming the OBC despite me asking for one. I guess I should just be thankful for the OBC!
-
So it will or will not be in the booking documents? I see different posts above. I emailed in the request and put it in the mail just in case.

Hi all,
I just recently purchased my carnival stock and sent in the info to get my shareholder onboard credit. When it is posted, where would I see that online? Thanks!

If I am told by the waiter that my package includes 1 of this and 1 of that and anything more is extra, I take them at their word. It's up to you if you want to risk being charged for the a la carte extras.

Cirque show venue?
in MSC Cruises
Posted · Edited by Heather1972
Booked Meraviglia last minute - leaving 11/10/2019....eek! I have never cruised with MSC and have a million questions. I'm confused about the 2 Cirque shows. Some things read as if they are held in the same venue, but then they are listed as happening at the same time. Help!
