I had two excellent months and then July happened and I've hit a dreaded plateau. Looks like we're sailing about a month after you so I think we've both got plenty of time. I've been tracking my food using the Lose It app and keeping around 1200-1300 calories. Trying to keep a ratio of 50% cals from protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fat. I'm also not drinking alcohol (dang it!!) and drinking a crazy amount of water (about a 1/2 ounce for each lb of weight). My carbs are mainly from fruit, trying to stay away from processed carbs/bread. It's working for me!
