wendytheplanner Posted August 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2017 Are there lockers to keep your things while out jet skiing? Do you need water shoes? What should you bring with you?
cruiserfromalabama Posted August 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 16, 2017 Depends on what type of jet skiing excursion you are doing! If you are on one of the cruise line private islands maybe and probably do have lockers. We just never take anything that can not be put in waterproof pouch and attached to our bodies. We did a private excursion with Fat Fish in Grand Cayman and left towel and change of clothes with them at their dock while we were jet skiing. Money, camera, phone, sunglasses went with us in waterproof pouches. We did not wear water shoes and have never worn them-so, I am no help on this subject, sorry! wendytheplanner Posted August 16, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted August 16, 2017 Thank you CruiseFromAlabama! That was some help.. Thinking about shoes. If we walk from the dock, I guess we could wear flip flops on the skiis. We just won't bring much of anything. Thank you!

Did you go jet skiing on your own? Where did you get the jet ski rentals?
njhorseman Posted July 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Did you go jet skiing on your own? Where did you get the jet ski rentals? You can't go jet skiing on your own in Bermuda. You have to be part of a group that is led by a employee of your jet ski rental company.
kernie968 Posted July 23, 2018 #6 Share Posted July 23, 2018 We did use the jet ski company closest to the ships at the dockyard and they did lock everyone's personal items in a bin while we were out. I did wear water shoes and was glad I did when I was told I could jump in the ocean with hundreds of fish and they would swim around me. I would have been afraid they would bite my toes if I did not have on the water shoes.
SRF Posted July 24, 2018 #7 Share Posted July 24, 2018 The fish will not bite your toes. Unless Jaws comes by, and then it is not your toes that are at risk. :D
