spinwithMIM Posted January 22, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2018 Hi all! We are leaving out of Cape Canaveral this Saturday on the Magic. I haven't cruised in awhile. How strict is Carnival with their time frame fro embarkation time? Is there any point in getting there early despite my 1:00 arrival time that I was given? Thanks! I recently had a 1:00 PM arrival and was able to walk in at 12:00. I think how strict they are really depends upon how quickly they clear customs from the previous voyage. The time is a check in time, not embarkation time. In most cases you will not be allowed in the terminal until your timeframe, however, this does not mean you go directly on the ship. It is a check in time, boarding starts when they clear the ship, so it could be early or later then your time
Reenie75 Posted January 23, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Ok can someone explain to me the changes on embarkment? In my check in I chose 11:30-12:00pm. I'm pretty prompt on getting there on the time I chose... what time should I get to the port? I was going to leave MCO airport at 10:30 am.
