Vancouver Late Departure

We have a late flight 11:25 on the day we disembark. Any tour recommendations especially what we can do with our luggage ?

Pretty sure we can’t check in luggage till 3 hours prior to flight.

Have you checked with your cruise line for excursions?

I assume you mean 11:25pm rather than am when you say late... this is the perfect candidate for CDS Baggage's 'ship your bags to YVR for you' service. They have 2 offices at YVR, so you tell them which flight you're on and they'll get sent to the relevant one, but they both stay open until at least 11:30pm each night. You'll want to collect them a couple of hours before that to go through check-in, security , and immigration too for US-bound flights - ample time to have dinner downtown then head out to YVR.

Plus, being unencumbered means you can easily take SkyTrain for $2.85pp - saving almost the entire cost of the service versus cab fare (~$35) for a solo or couple, and of course fees to store bags downtown ($5-8 apiece) on top, so it's almost certainly cheaper as well as more convenient. CDS charge $40 for up to 4 bags, $10 per extra.
