Corkage Fee-based Wine with dinner

There are 3 adults in our party and we aren't big drinkers, so didn't get the UBP. Would we only have to pay the $15 Corkage fee to bring a few bottles from home for 3 nights at dinner. How do we do that? Just hold the bottle in our room and then give it to the waiter when we are seated?

Thanks for the info.

You can bring on more than one bottle paying the $15 on each one. You can hand them off to any bartender or waiter and you will receive a chit and you can go to any bar or restaurant and they will bring your bottle to you. This is really nice if you don't finish the bottle, they will store it for you.

If being brought onboard in your carry on, most likely it will be detected and you will go to a table after security and they will charge you the $15 then. They will affix a "Corkage Paid" sticker on your bottle and the charge will appear from one of the ship's dining rooms. You can drink the wine anywhere you want - balcony, bar, dining rooms, specialty restaurants etc. Cabin steward will get you glasses and a corkscrew or you can stop by any bar and they will open and give you glasses. Room service will as well.

We brought a few bottles in our last group cruise and had them at dinner. The first night we handed a bottle to a waiter and they poured it, and took the bottle back for storage. On the second night we ate in a specialty and they brought the bottle to us to finish off.

It worked seamlessly for us!
