Kids first cruise with Platinum parents - what's their status?

We will most likely be bringing our kids on our next cruise which will be their first. We will be Platinum. I know that kids are the same status as their parents, but does that take effect their first cruise? Or do they not get that status until after they complete their 1st cruise? Just curious if we'll see C&A kids coupoun books or not.

I believe my daughter achieved our status after she had completed her first cruise, (so no savings booklets on her first cruise) but that was some time ago....so things may have changed....

In order for them to receive coupon books, they have to be registered as Crown & Anchor members. Unfortunately, I don't believe that you can do that until they've had their first cruise.

I think what will happen is that on this cruise, they won't have any status. Afterward, you can register them with Crown & Anchor as your children, and they'll get credit for this cruise, but have status matching yours. They'll have 7 points (assuming it's a week-long cruise), but be recognized as Platinum.

Anyone in your house hold get the same statis as you after their first cruise

Try meeting with the Loyalty Ambassador on board the cruise. They can sign up the kids for C&A on the spot, and maybe throw in coupon books too.

I would definitely call C&A with thus question. I had a C&A number before my first RC cruise because of my Captains Club status.

After this cruise, they will be the same level as you, but not until this cruise is completed.
