ultrarunner Posted August 9, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 9, 2018 On back 2 back cruises, does the OBC transfer the new segment or must it all be used up on the first segment? Going from Dubai to Bali and Bali to Auckland. Thanks to all for your responses.

MightyQuinn Posted August 10, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 10, 2018 On back 2 back cruises, does the OBC transfer the new segment or must it all be used up on the first segment? From my experience, it depends on how you booked the b2b. If both cruises are on a single booking number, then your OBC will carry across the segments. If, however, both cruises are on separate booking numbers, your onboard account may close at the end of the first segment and any OBC could be forfeited. That was our situation on b2b cruises with separate booking numbers. We were able to override this by speaking to staff at Seabourn Square early in the first segment and they made sure our OBC carried across.
