Cheap drinks with a view

Going on a big family trip on Oasis of the Seas next month and as of now we're planning to go snorkeling in our morning in Cozumel. We're in port from 7:00-6:00 and expect to be done snorkeling between noon and 1:00. Accordingly, I'm hoping to find a bar or restaurant with a cool view where we can spend a couple of hours and drink some cheap drinks. Hoping to find somewhere that's no more than 10 minutes or so from the International Pier by taxi. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Great snorkeling from the shore, reasonable drinks, and no admission fee at the Money Bar - about $10-11 each way in a taxi (fare covers up to 4 passengers in the cab). Great facilities, food, drinks and service.

We have yet to try it, but Tikila Bar, just passed Park Royal seems to get lots of recommendations from people from International pier. If you look on TripAdvisor you will see menus for food and drinks and reviews.

Or you can try a pass from El cid (next to International) nearer but undoubtedly more expensive. You can get a pass approx $20 to use wifi and facilities including pool, with $10 credit towards food and drink.

Tikila also has a shore entry for snorkeling - because of the location, there's not a lot of stuff to see (the reef is pretty well dead but there's always some fish around) but it's safe. The place is used as a dive training site by local dive shops so there's usually some instructors around and that's good in case of an emergency. I can't really speak to the quality of the food or drink but Tikila has been there for a while so they must be doing something right - divers don't eat or drink bad stuff, right?

Thanks for the replies so far! And yes, sorry for any confusion. We will already be doing a snorkeling excursion in the morning and are just looking for a place to hang out in the afternoon, so we don't need somewhere that offers snorkeling. Just cheap drinks and a nice view!
