Mariner Electrical Questions

Hi all, leaving on Mariner OTS next week and have a few questions...

1) How many outlets are in the cabins? Any USBs?

2) I know I can't have a surge protector, but what about a standard power strip?

3) Do the ships provide a blow dryer?

4) I always sleep hot, can I bring a fan? If so, will it actually be able to be used by the bed?

The vanity area has two US 110V outlets and one Euro 220V outlet.

A hair dryer is provided.

You would need an extension cord to use the fan by the bed.

Any USBs?

 

Maybe in the newly added cabins.

In the GS there is no outlet by the bed at all. Just a heads up.

They provide a blow dryer but you have to hold the button down for it to work. It was a pain!!!

You might want to bring a small battery operated fan. Extension cords are sometimes confiscated.
