Buying carry on wine at Port Canaveral

We are flying out on Wednesday (from the UK) and would like to avoid having to fit our 4 bottles of carry on wine in our cases.

We are staying at WDW (All Star Movies) for 3 nights first but will have no car - using Disney transportation from airport and again to the port.

Can anyone suggest the best place to pick up a few bottles of wine and a case of water between landing and cruising?

(We're not fussy about the wine btw!)

Many thanks :):)

I assume (hate that word) you are referring to Disney's All-Star Movies Resort located at 1901 Buena Vista Dr in Kissimmee, FL. Looking at Google Maps, I see a King's Supermarket & Liquor store about 4 miles away. Your best bet would be Uber or Lyft, unless you can make friends with a guest or staff willing to give you a ride.

Just be aware that in Port Canaveral you must carryon your wine and case of water.

The porters will tell you when they take your luggage that you cannot put any of this in a checked bag.

Just wanted to give you a heads up!!

Since you are using Disney transportation from The airport to the resort and from the resort to the cruise port, there will not be an opportunity to stop and shop. I would suggest that once you get settled in at the All Star you grab a taxi to the Winn Dixie shopping plaza at Lake Buena Vista. Use Winn Dixie for the water and any grocery items you may find you need/want, then in the same plaza is the ABC beverage store with a fair wine selection, or perhaps other adult beverage to consume while at the resort. Happy cruising.

And once Disney pick your bags from the hotel in the morning you will next see it in your state room. You cannot bag your wine so you have to carry those on regardless where you bought it.

The buses get in around 12:30 pm at earliest. Closest wine is at RaceTrac in Canaveral.

We used Garden Grocer on our recent trip to Disney and it worked great. The roughly $15 delivery fee seemed reasonable to not have to waste time trying to get to the grocery store. This allowed us to have alcohol for the room at the resort and also snacks/easy breakfast stuff for our days at the park.
