I have used them several times with no issues. Your credit card will be billed at the time you book the room but is refundable up to a specific date, normally few days prior to arrival. That Info will be shown when you book, I have cancelled in the past and had no problems getting credit. They often have great prices, but not on all Hotels.

I use them about 95% of the time and have for years, the last time being from February 22-24, 2018 staying at the Four Seasons in Miami. They have wonderful customer service (although I usually book online) and although you have to pre-pay, cancellation fees usually apply beginning 1-2 nights prior to your stay. Money always gets credited back within the week. I cancel a property if I see something better has come up on their site.

Also, once you book, keep checking prices on their site. Sometimes the same hotel you book, goes lower.

I only book 4-5 star hotels and always quite a few hundred dollars less than any other site.
