How do you get the mobile phone app? is it the same as the Carnival Hub.All this for check in.

Carnival's app is the HUB app (available for free in your app store); however, you don't use this for check in. You will need to check in online at the Carnival website.

I think your boarding passes are available on the mobile site. You can just show your phone when you check in at the cruise terminal.

You cannot check in in the app. The only thing it works for prior to your cruise is the countdown clock.

We tried to use the app last week on the Liberty and they had the wrong menu listed for each day. We told several employees on the ship and nothing was done to correct the menu.

I just went to the app store and can not find any Carnival App other than the Hub. Can anyone update me on where to find a Carnival App for check in?

There isn't one. There is only the HUB app (see my previous response above).

The only thing you can use your phone for check-in is showing your PDF boarding documents at the pier. There are no apps for check-in. Save paper ;)
