Shore excursions

I am thinking about booking our shore excursions through shoreexcursionner.com for our cruise in May. Ports of call: Cozumel, Belize, and Mahogany Bay. This will be our second cruise but first cruise with our teenage daughter. Any feedback on using this company would be greatly appreciated.

If you look around the Ports boards you will see many threads about tour brokers like Shore Excursioneer. Yes, their prices are usually great. But know that they don't provide the tour. They take your money, then seek a low bid local contractor. This has caused issues with customer service (hard to contact the provider with an issue if you don't know who the provider is) and quality of guides (like poor English skills).

Many like us with poor experiences now only deal direct with tour providers.

I would read reviews on Trip Advisor to get a better idea of how cruisers like this company! Good luck to you.

I've used Shore Excursions.Com with excellent results. This not the same site that you propose to use but probably the same service.

I'll be using them again for Bonaire visit in February 2019.
