booked on 6/3 Getaway.

On RCL they call the combined twins a ‘Royal King’. Plenty big enough for the wife & I.

Is the combined twins in a NCL Getaway mini suite a queen or a true king?

Thanks. I’m 6’6” so bed size is kinda important. :)

On all the cruises I have taken with NCL they are Kings. Its two extra long twins together

Thanks for the replies.

I asked because I did an online chat with a NCL rep yesterday and asked her the same question.

Her reply: Queen.

Wrong answer.

We would rather do the 'Lucy & Rickie', split bed thing then have to fight over bed space in a Queen for A WEEK!

It's neither. It is bigger than a queen, but not as big as a king. The twins that they combine are a bit narrower than a standard twin, so the resulting king is smaller than a true king, but it is bigger than a queen. I find that the length is a bit short. I am not that tall and my feet are usually right at the end of the bed.
