Another OBC question

Recommended Posts

I recently put on a bunch of obc to my account. They are from my rccl credit card. My question is when will I see the credits applied to my account? The credits have been deducted from our credit card. I have a feeling it won't be till we get on the cruise.

You won't see the OBC on Royal's website, but you should be able to see it on Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. Request that from whoever booked your cruise.

Once you are onboard, the OBC should show up on your onboard account on day 2 or 3.

Note that although the OBC will not post for a day or so, it is usable from the moment you step on the ship to buy tours, drinks etc. If you purchase tours etc online prior to sailing, those can NOT be paid with OBC.

If you have done this before your cruise docs are issued then it will show up there before you cruise. There is a page in the cd's that shows obc that will be applied to your account

Thanks to everyone for the quick replys. I will wait for my cruise docs.

I have a receipt for the obc and I will bring it with me.

I do the same thing. I make a copy of the receipt. I will be using $2000 of OBC on the harmony TA for drink packages and gratuities. Gotta love the RCCL card!!
