Whiskey house on Equinox

All,

I was on Equinox a few weeks ago but the whisky house at the lawn club never seemed to be open. I checked the Dailies but didn’t see anything. I’m back on the Equinox in October and would like to check it out. Anyone have experience with it? Thanks

In November I recall it being open a few nights, but maybe only for a few hours. I can't remember if the events were an extra fee.

I'm not a big whiskey guy so I wasn't that interested

Thanks. I’ve heard others say they’ve seen tastings there but I didn’t see anything on my recent cruise.

In looking at it, they had a nice selection of johnnie Walker and others but they always seemed closed. Hopefully someone can weight in

We did a tasting last June hoping they'll have something for our upcoming trip in April on the Equinox.

I sailed twice in the last year on Equinox and another coming up this Friday and have yet to see the Whiskey House open at all.  I asked about it and no one was able to give me an answer.  Nothing mentioned in the daily schedule either.  It just sits there, locked up with no one home.

If you’ve seen it open you’ve had too much whiskey.

DH went to a sales pitch/tasting there last summer.  He was not impressed.
