papaflamingo Posted February 10, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2018 I read that Fever Tree Tonic is possibly on board and/or can be preordered to cabin. We are in a PH on Mariner in Nov. How would I request that Fever Tree be in our cabin?
Mudhen Posted February 10, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2018 We asked our TA to request it from Regent. We got it, but only 4 small bottles. Next time, I'd be sure to ask for a specific amount. I was happy, however to get it at all, as I didn't think I would.

Juno56 Posted February 16, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2018 I called Regent a week or so ago and requested Fever Tree tonic water on our 2/25/18 Mariner cruise. MY TA informed me today that it wasn't possible for this cruise.

Do I put it on my Butler Service customization form? If so, where?
Travelcat2 Posted February 17, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 17, 2018 Thanks. Do I put it on my Butler Service customization form? If so, where? First you have to either have your TA contact Regent or contract them yourself with your request. You also can add it to the Butler form but may need to ask for it once you get onboard the ship. It is Regent Corporate that handles these requests. Sometimes a product can be purchased locally (wherever the ship is) but generally it has to be shipped to the ship from Miami. This is what takes so long.
