Liberty of the Seas - specialty dining / child question

On another cruise line (unnamed), kids can eat at the specialty restaurants for free by ordering off the kid's menu (regular one used for the main dining room). Does RC/LOS allow that?

Kids 5-11 are $12( maybe $10)

I know that’s true for Oasis class but I thought that other classes were still the $10/$12
