When is muster drill when you board, then overnight in a port?

Been on a few cruises, but never one where we board one day, stay overnight in port, then sail away the next day. When does muster drill normally happen? First day of boarding? Day of actual sail away? Just curious to know for planning around first/second day. Thanks in advance.

In our recent (Oct. 4) Canada/New England cruise, we boarded on the 4th, spent the night onboard, and sailed on the 5th. The muster drill was held just before sail-away on the 5th.
