Our Day in Barbados: Snorkeling with Sea Turtles and Going to the Beach

I had a pretty eventful day in Barbados!

The first part of the day was spent snorkeling with the sea turtles. I had mixed feelings about this trip, though...

In the afternoon, it was easy to take a taxi from the cruise port to Carlisle Bay for a few hours at the beach. A short drive away, we didn't even plan it in advance and decided at the last moment to check it out.

That would be...the DREAM! We went to Iceland two summers ago and loved it so much. And to travel all over Europe...WOW! Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to take that much time off work...but that would be such an incredible summer and thank you for mentioning it! :)
