Impossible Engineering on Science Channel. You can catch it on On Demand. Season 2 Episode 6. We will be on this one May 5th! YAY :D

sometimes they show them on the ship. I have been on RCI and seen on the ship's channel past shows about Freedom or Oasis.

They have an episode of Mega Foods, #6 I believe (on Netflix) which is all about Oasis and the galley and food prep, meal, inventory etc Very interesting stuff, especially the tonnage rates of food items that they go through. I can't even imagine all of the logistics of it all but this is somewhat of a great peek behind the curtain.

It was mostly the science of the items used to build the ship. Such as the steel, the engines, the stabilizers, and size of different sections of the ship. So if you are in to that aspect of the ships, you'll enjoy it.
