FLL to Port Canaveral or Orlando other than rental car?

Lookinging into options to get to Orlando in May 2019. Because only 12,500 miles are needed to fly to FLL instead of 25,000 miles to MCO, want to see how I can get to Orlando from Fort Lauderdale cheap. Car rental price is pretty high (more than $100 a day) for the one way rental. Renting for one day is OK but it adds up if we want to spend a few days in Orlando. Is shuttle the way?

Don't give up on the car rental option - rental rates vary as much or more than hotel rates. Keep searching, look for discount codes (AAA, Costco, etc.), check the WDW boards for FLA only discount codes, and compare rates among many agencies using your favorite travel web site.

Rates typically drop a month or so out when companies look at unreserved inventory - unless you are looking at Memorial Day weekend or around another event.
