Does the Carnival Fantasy celebrate Halloween before Oct 31

We will be sailing on the Fantasy on Oct 20-26. I didn't know if the boat will be decorated for Halloween and if I needed to pack the little ones Halloween costumes for some trick or treating activities?

No they don't.

We will be on the Fantasy the week before your cruise. There was just an announcement that they would be decorating for Halloween and doing a costume contest and trick or treating on the cruises before Halloween

Halloween is on the 31st October but this year Carnival has chosen to add an extra massive dollop of Halloween fun.

We will have full Halloween celebrations on every ship for cruises staring on October 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th and through the rest of the month.
