I just packed it in luggage. I took 12 foot cord plus a power cord. 5 dollars for room service to bring gallon distilled water. Helped me stay awake late into night. Let my wife be party pooper. Everything was hassle free.

Husband does it as carryon for plane.

If you are on Royal Carribean let them know at least 30 days before your cruise. They provided an extension cord and water last June.

The bed was not near an outlet, so needed an extension cord.

I would not use the faucet water on the ship. It is very treated water and although I will drink I don't what breath it all night. Last year I contacted carnival before I cruised and it cost $2. And it was in the room when I arrived. This time on on RCCL and the are giving me the water for free and a cord.

I've carried it on several cruises. Make sure the electric cord is in excellent condition, 3 prong. CCL prefers it as a carry on, less chance of any issues. It goes right through security, no questions asked. Distilled water is available with a phone call to room service (I think it's $3) but I've never had an issue with the ship's tap water. I pack the cord in the CPAP's carrying case and they never look twice at it. No worries. Your TA can alert CCL for you, or you can call guest services and it will become part of your permanent profile. Cheers!
