Grand Cayman excursion recommendations

I will be cruising in February on the Disney Fantasy with a day in Grand Cayman. We have never been before and have been recommended to go to Stingray City and the Turtle Farm. I found an excursion through Shoretrips that includes both. Our ship will be in port from 10:30 to 5:30. The shoretrips excursion is 11:45 to 4:15. Anyone with experience with shoretrips.com? Is this time frame cutting it too close to get back to the ship on time? I'm also open to private tour options if anyone has a reputable recommendation. TIA!

I'm not sure about Disney but for Royal, if the ship left at 5:30 they expected everyone back like an hour before. I personally wouldn't risk myself but then again these companies are excellent about getting people back on time.

When I was in Grand Cayman in Feb our trip went an hour longer than planned but we didn't mind because they threw in an extra stop. Though it was unexpected as we were not asked if we minded but we didn't complain as we had plenty of time to spare. Btw, the unexpected stop was Rum Point because one couple in the boat had paid for that extra stop. So we lucked out and got to go there without paying extra and got to see another site.

Who did you book your excursion through?

A short walk from the pier is “Locked In,” an escape room company. My two adult sons & DH and me, had a fabulous time! Look them up on Trip Advisor.

On a docked port, all aboard would be at 5. But for a tender port it's usually earlier. It may be 4:30. That tour cuts a bit too close for me for a tender port. We booked our grand cayman tour through Island marketing. Def recommend something that includes stingray city.
