Question abt Diamond Coupon Book

Was searching "can not be named" auction site and seen a royal caribbean diamond unused coupon book not currently expired. My question can anyone that bought this use the coupons onboard if they are not a Diamond.

Was surprised to see it.

Some coupons yes and some no.

Most coupons that replace revenue such as internet minutes, a free drink or free photo – we’ve been required to show our sea pass card which indicates our Crown and Anchor level and write our folio number. If your level does not match the coupon you won’t be able to use it. Not sure if you can use additional coupons, ( such as three internet coupons ) we never tried.

Other coupons such as a casino match play can be used with no problem.

Proceed with caution.

Myself, DW and son are all Diamond, I tried to apply the free internet minutes from their coupon books to my account. They would not allow this, they could only be used by the individual for their account. I don't think it would be wise to buy the coupon book.

Thanks all for the answers, don't think it is worth the trouble, just wondered why someone would sell if it could be worthless. "Duh" it happens all the time.:p

I have bought and used these coupons many of times. I am emerald and use the casino and drink coupons. These are the dept that tend to not check or care. They are very valuable if you plan to use them in those capacities. The only time I ever got trouble was when we tried to use the free photo coupon and they wouldn't take it without diamond printed on the card.

Thanks for the info, Casino info is good, I was wandering about the if they check if you use it for the laundry?

Laundry is taken from your cabin by your steward who would know if you are Diamond, DIamond Plus etc. Don't take a chance on buying something that you may not/should not be able to be used.

People will sell their souls on that site if someone is willing to buy them and unfortunately, there are many buyers.

I've never been stopped from applying both mine and my wife's coupon to my seapass.

If the same credit card is used for both you and your wife's seapass, they will apply both.
