How crowded are lunch places in Seward in July?

I see there are 4-5 solid places for lunch when we get off the Alaska Railroad in Seward (for cruise leaving at 8 pm). It looks like at least several of them don't take reservations. How long should we expect to wait?

We stayed in Seward a few years ago and our favorite lunch place in Seward was Thorne's Showcase Lounge. The Bowl of 'But (halibat) was fantastic (Mom and I split the 12 piece bowl and kiddo had a chicken cordon bleu sandwich) and there was no wait for a table. This was in July. Great place.

We ate at the Seward Brewing Company in 2016. We had no wait to get a table at lunch. Food was great too!
