Edge Passengers - Collecting Questions

Hi All,

I was thinking, that it might be nice to solicit questions about the Edge from anyone who has booked passage and then when people actually board the ship, fill in the answers based on their posts and reviews. Since it's a brand new ship and we only have renderings to go by, I would love to know things before we board for our trip.

I don't mind making a spreadsheet and updating and publishing.

Does this sound like a good idea?

If you think so, please post your questions here. I will categorize them into groups and start keeping track.

Examples might be:

Cabins

- each category veranda, do they have chairs, footstools, loungers?

- nightlight in the bathroom?

- each type room, what are the storage options?

- plugs

- luggage still fit under the bed?

- pillow options (I know this is a biggie with some people)?

- toiletries (the same?)

- air conditioning (cabins, public spaces, dining) & how well does it work with infinity balconies

- cabin location issues (re Magic Carpet, noise, smell, etc)

Dining

- grill to order in the buffet?

- menus MDR, Blu, Luminae

- specialty restaurants? menus?

- bar menus

- location different MDR entrances (ie: fixed seating or select dining?)

- retreat lounge

Activities

- dailies

- magic carpet locations/special events?

- theatre set-up?

Pools

- solarium pool, is it a thelasotherapy or regular lap pool?

Spa

- services?

- Persian gardens (access & atmosphere)?

Remote Control

- how well does it work?

- how exactly does it work?

- have to use your own smart phone?

- alternatives if you don't use it? (in room tv, pass card etc)

These are just to start building a list. Then when we have real facts, we'll fill it in for everyone's benefit. I've also posted this on our 4/14/19 roll call.

Sounds like a great idea Audrey, but doesn't this ship Sail at the end of 2018? If so, no one can answer your questions until then.

I am sure much more info will develop as soon as the ship actually sails, & as Celeb issues more reveals

I'd like to eventually see a spreadsheet sticky same as the present ones for S and M class..They cover the most salient info & have been so helpful over the yrs.

What will be the number and placement and configuration of the electric outlets? Will the be bedside outlets?
