In our last several attempts to speak with a C & A representative we are getting people on Central or South America vs the people in their Oregon offices . All are nice people ;but ,English is not their first language & some communications problems come about because of this . If we need more help we ask to be transferred to the US .

What has your experience been with foreign C&A representatives?

My last couple of calls to them the reps have been very rude. In the past I would finish up my business and often times have a friendly chat with them about cruising. Not the case anymore.

Maybe the reps. in Guatemala don't know anything about cruising therefore the lack of any conversation about it.
