Reduced Cruise Brochure size

Recommended Posts

I picked up a cruise brochure yesterday, as one does. I was surprised that the brochure for Asia/Australia and New Zealand 2017-2019, is only seven pages, with no terms and conditions. It certainly wouldn't excite me to cruise!

Has anyone else noticed a reduction in size of cruise brochures?

I wonder if it is because information is available on the Internet. If so, I don't like reading the important fine print on the internet.

Brochures? What are these brochures you speak of?

Seriously though, I haven’t picked up a cruise brochure in years; I just look online.

I did, however, refuse to do my pre-poll voting online and have just been to the electrol office in the Sydney CBD. I’m channeling my inner Luddite!

Now I’m at the Apple Store updating the iOS on my iPhone and iPad using their wifi.

I’m nothing if not an enigma!

RCI last year (16/17) had two kinds of brochures for their Aus/NZ cruises. One was a comprehensive detailed "book" with all cruises and info about the ships and their feactures, restraunts activities etc and was 81 pages.

The second was something like an 8 page thing with most cruises and a "ship information" chart.
