AARP Discount Carnival Gift Cards 9/20/17

Is anyone hearing problems with AARP website when trying to purchase gift cards? The website wouldn't let me view the catalog. I signed out and when I logged back in my points had disappeared.

Yes, I called them. They are having a computer problem and when I spoke to them (maybe an hour ago) they had no idea when the site would be back up. Your points are probably ok...

My habit is to log in each morning for the automatic 50 points, and to look for gift cards only as my budget allows.

I logged in this morning as usual with no problem.

After reading your post I tried again moments ago and the site wouldn't load for me.

Gremlins? I am not tech savvy so I have no idea except to say there may be a temporary problem. Sorry I couldn't be helpful.

Oh I'm so happy to see this thread. I've been trying to log in to the site and it's like it's frozen. Also keep getting a message that they don't recognize my login. I even reset my password thinking that had something to do with it. Glad to see it's an issue with the site and not my account. Thanks for starting this thread.
