Is this doable?

Will be on Vista and plan is to rent a car on 2nd street as soon as we disembark.

From There head to FLL to the Everglades for the air boat one hour ride.

Grab lunch then head to airport for a 245 checkin for our 445 flight (after return car)

Is there enough time for everything?

Hi

Yes. You should be OK. As long as there are no delays getting off the ship early. It could be crowded at car rental, for a little delay.

Either way you will have a car and as long as you watch the time you should be fine. Remember to give yourself a little room for error on the way back to the airport, in case you encounter a traffic delay. The cruise line offer this as a post cruise tour with the airport drop as well. Doing it yourself you will be saving some money.

have a great cruise

Why not just take an excursion.

What day will you disembark? Some rental places aren't open on Sunday and can have limited hours on Saturday.

All I can ask is why?

Alligators, Pythons and Anacondas...yeah no way this could end badly. Google is your friend.

It's doable. Unless you have already checked the practical side of it, you may want to consider the ship's airport transfer & tour beyond just the pricing, but convenience as well.

1)Ive looked at lots of reviews on it and read where the transfer will actually go back to Miami before FLL.

2) dont want to have to wait as a group

3) if it rains we can do something else

4) we can have lunch without having it at the airboat place, with 2 boys drive thru is good

Thanks for the tips, especially the ear plugs
