Oasis Class Just Curious

I have my first Royal Caribbean cruise planned on Symphony of the Seas. Obviously I am excitingly searching images on the internet.

I have noticed that there seems to be two small decks areas on photographs that are not shown on deck plans. They are next to the funnels and surrounded by the ships structure.

I am just curious as to what they are used for and if they open to passengers. The are clearly visible on this photograph.

Not normally open to passengers.

The scale ship model on board Allure has little lounge chairs in that space. I suspect it is or was intended to be a crew recreation area.

Not for passengers.

Thank you. It makes sense they are for crew use. Somewhere for them to get a few minutes relaxation away from passengers.
