Will (sorry about the typo) the crew be fluent with a few languages. My wife is uniquely french, she does'nt understand english at all. She was asking me if the crew might be multilingual, or at least, communicate in french and english.

So, Mrs OOS, would you please tell me a bit more abour this ?

Hugh

P.S. I would absolutely ask you to marry me, I don't care about how wide your hips are, I luv ya. But unfortunately, it's too late, I'm already hooked. :D

My concern is inclement (wet) weather in the Central Park / Boardwalk / Aqua Theatre areas - Are there automatic roll away shields to protect passengers from precipitation? and if not, that would leave a large ship facility that could not be used in comfort.

How will the zip line work.....will there be times like you'd buy movie tickets? or do you just stand in line? and what will price be?

I can answer one of your questions about price now. There is no charge for the Carousel, Zipline or Rock Climbing walls.

Lady "O"

Is there really going to be a sportsbook in the casino? If so will it have a lounge with multiple TV's.

Are the poker tables going to have live dealers or the computer based tables?

See ya for the start of 2010 football season, make sure you bring lots of cash on that sailing.

Hi Dan! My husband and I will be traveling on the April 24, 2010 sailing of the Oasis. Can you tell me which night the Mystery Theatre will be held and when we can start booking our reservations? It has always been a cozy, interactive, and entertaining show, and the actors draw as many of the audience into the experience as possible. Will that still be possible on such a large ship, or will they have multiple showings? I know it books up fast, and don't want to miss out! :)

Speaking from experience on other ships, there will be crew members who speak French (especially at the guest relations desk) but it is not the most common language. There were a dozen French guests on our Alaska cruise and they were complaining about the difficulties communicating. We had an older couple seated at the table next to us and our waiter spoke no French (and they didn't have French menus) so I translated. They finally found a waiter on another floor who spoke French and he would run down and help out when he could. They offered to move the couple up to his section but they liked their table and stayed where they were.

Hope you have a better experience on the Oasis!

Thank you VERY much for these details. My wife will be quite relieved to hear this.

Good afternoon OOS! A couple questions:

I was wondering if you could tell me what activities will charge a fee to use (zip-line, ice skating, rock climbing, florider, carosel and etc.) and what their cost will be?

How will dinner seatings run when you have to seat 6,000 passengers for dinner?

When will RCCL have pictures and prices of all the available rooms aboard to view while booking?

I can't imagine that it will be an easy task when we arrive at each port for the unloading and loading of all these passengers?! How will it be done in a timely fashion?

Thanks for allowing us the opportuntiy to speak with you directly! Sure makes things easier! LOL

See you next year! (we are waiting to book you while on our springbreak cruise in hopes we might catch a deal)!;)

I can't wait! You looked GREAT on GMA this morning BTW!
