Room service can accomodate you at approx. 12pm (limited menu)...But there will be a very nice Welcome Aboard Buffet in the WJ till 4pm....If you want you can get your plate from the WJ and take it to your cabin..this would give you a much larger selection....Enjoy

When we were on Jewel we had our unofficial Meet & Mingle in the Schooner bar prior to sailaway. Unbeknownst to us Portofino's and Chops decided to hold a tasting session at the same time. Result! :D

Glad you enjoyed your "Meet & Mingle" being held so close to the tasting..but what is the connection to the question.??... Did I miss something..:confused:

I look forward to trying the room service on RCL. It was okay on Carnival and great on HAL. I'm fine if I can get a burger or a sandwhich anlong with some tea.

i was thinking that everyone says windjammer is really busy on sailaway day so thought room service might be better and if u can order as soon as room ready then we might do that

You can get filled croissants and rolls, and slices of pizza, and cakes and cookies at the Cafe Promenade.

Sitting in your room with a tray is not a good way to start your cruise IMHO;)

This response seems strange, as it its rare that you are allowed access to your cabin prior to 1pm, and it is not unusual for cabin access to be later than that.
