MSC Poesia American Inaugural Gala, a report and pictorial.

Hello everyone, I wanted to stop in and share some photos with you all. My wife was kind enough to take me along to the MSC Poesia's Inaugural Gala last night at Port Everglades. I don't have any experience with MSC ships, but I thoroughly enjoyed our night aboard. The ship is absolutely beautiful, modern and tasteful. The layout is very intuitive; we were able to easily navigate the decks without using the floor plan signs...much. Interior furnishings and materials appeared to be very high quality. The dinner was good; Euphoria, shown in the main theater is not to be missed.

The next few are of the S32 night club. I have to say that of all the ships I have been on, this was by far the best disco I have seen. The ultra modern decor was nice, the seating comfortable, and they DJ played a great variety of music. There were fog machines going and laser lights flashing through. All in all a very hip place. The icing on the cake had to be the lack of cigarette smoke. They solved the problem by having a wrap around exterior deck with several doors leading out to it. Folks can go outside to smoke and walk right back inside, a perfect setup.

These pictures are great! We are currently booked on the April 3rd sailing, and we have category 11 with a superior balcony booked (cabin 11161). Its nice to see pics of some of the other categories too.;) The ship looks like she's in great shape. Now I'm getting even more hyped for my cruise!:D
