Fruit Topping for Waffles

11th cruise coming up on crown; First on princess. DW loves fruit topping on Waffles. Does the Crown have fruit topping for the waffles?

So far, unless you go to the buffet and put fruit on the waffle from there, I have yet to see any of the sugary fruit toppings by the waffle stations. Mainly maple syrup, and sometimes honey (if I remember correctly).

I think what your wife is probably used to is a type of fruit compote, that many restaurants serve. But found none onboard any of the ships we have sailed.

Princess buffet staff insist that the fruit be placed under the waffles, not on top.....you will notice the sign when you enter the buffet area.

I was on the Sapphire in November and right next to the waffle station in the Horizon Court, they had fruit compote. It was a different choice every day....apple, cherry, blueberry, etc. So yummy! Hope that helps!

That's great news, maybe all those comments are working. I know there were a lot of people looking for fruit toppings, but they said there weren't any last cruise. Good to hear they are paying attention. ;)

I hae had strawberries and whipped cream on waffles in the MDR on Crown. Enjoy. :D

Like my wife would let me have whipped cream on waffles. Some guys married the right women. Maybe I'll live a few minutes longer - more time to be in diapers in a oldfolks place.
