I want to thank everyone for all the great information I get from these boards. I've picked up a lot of tips, but today the information I got from your posts helped save me $370. I had booked my 9 day cruise from New York just two days ago and today saw that the price had dropped. I called Princess and they said it only applied to new bookings. So I asked about cancelling the current booking and rebooking at the new lower price.

I'm not sure I would have thought about doing that if I hadn't read it here.

So thanks to all for saving me some $$ - that will buy a lot of appletinis on the ship, and I will definitely toast you :D
