Ordering Beer to Room Service - Bette Price or...

Recommended Posts

I was under the impression you could at least buy "buckets" of beer (similar to Carnival) and its *slightly* cheaper (maybe $0.50 or so). Does that sound familiar?
Bucket "discounts" are very hit & miss... and seem to be pretty much on the way out. Order the BUCKET (Always) :D :D ..... but just expect to pay the full, per beer price !!

We had a waiter on the EOS who remembered my husband liked Stella so every night at dinner there was a large standing wine bucket filled with ice and four Stellas---priced the same as individually, but, still, it was a very nice touch!!! My husband enjoyed it!

In another thread someone posted pictures of the drink menu and it showed you could get a bucket of 5 (Bud lights I think?) for $20 where reg price was $4.25 a piece.

I never really got why some got upset when people talk about smuggling. At the end of the day these very large corporations, not unlike banks and insurance companys spend countless hours trying to find ways to squeeze a little more out of Joe consumer. Bucket deals (which were a meger savings to begin with) are disappearing and you and I are trying to find a way to get a little more value out of our dollar. If you can get a pint of rum past security or a box of wine when checking in why not. Sure it's breaking the rules but these rules are not put in place for our comfort or safety, it's all about the corporate bottom line.
