Question on booking a table at Portofino online

Hi

 

I have been trying to book a table online in Portofino for first Formal Evening but it wont let me. It gives me a drop down menu to choose time I want to dine and then when I click "Reserve" the page simply refreshes and the booking doesn't appear. Would this suggest that they are fully booked ?

Quite possibly. You could give them a call to confirm this. If you get no luck over the phone or further attempts online when boarded go straight there and get it booked in person... they keep back a number of spaces for those without Internet access.

 

Edit : if you've booked through a TA you may have to ask them to do it for you.

They do hold back reservations for those booking on board. They also never fill Portofino's, so they just might be booked for the time you wanted. If there is no one at the door to Portofino when you board, (from our experience-) use the telephone at the desk, they will be able to help you or send someone. Good Luck.
