Has the Dream ever called at Tunisia?

Recommended Posts

We docked in la Goulette on 24th June 20010, nothing there but it meant we could buy duty free for the entire cruise :D

Can you please tell me if the Thompson Dream is as bad as almost all of the reviews say it is. I'm bringing my young family for a first time ever cruise on it in August and I'm not looking forward to it as a result of the reviews I've read. Nobody has enjoyed it !!!!

Please be honest

Have a look at the more recent reviews; the vast majority are much better than those written by cruisers in April/May when there clearly were issues. People always tend to focus on the bad reviews and ignore the fact that most are actually pretty good. I am travelling on the Dream in August and am really looking forward to it.

We're just back from our hols (2nd week was in a hotel in Playa De Muro) - got off the dream on the 13th. Had an absolutely FANTASTIC week.

No signs of any of the reported problems with plumbing, drips, smells, facilities or AI.

We were all quite disappointed when we had to leave - the week in the hotel wasn't looking as appealing (although it turned out really good too !).

Intend to put up a full review in due course, but in short, you'll LOVE the Dream. Kids (14 & 9) had a great time too.
