This is an excellent resource. Really well laid out. Thank you so much. We leave on the Oasis this Saturday and this will be so useful in deciding on alternate dining venues.

Thank you for posting the link to the menus. Do you know if these menus were from eastern or western caribbean itinerary? Not sure they would be any different either way. Thanks.

Make your restaurant bookings as early as possible. We didn't and as a result couldn't get reservations at any of the restaurants on a few nights when the MDR menus weren't appealing. Giovanni's do not take reservations for their outside tables and we could understand why. Central Park was very, very hot during the day and in the evening, at least on our cruise during the first week in August.
