Victoria, BC NCL Shore Excursion?

Hello,

 

Has anyone taken the Hop On Hop Off shore excursion through NCL? It seems very reasonably priced($13pp) and I just want to make sure there wasn't a negative reason why. It states the tour is on a yellow school bus and wanted to make sure my 60+ year old parents would be comfortable. Thanks in advance!

Where does it go?? I would assume it is going to give you some type of loop downtown tour, with some commentary. But at the price, sounds like a great option in the short timeframe of this port.

I confess while I am very familiar with Victoria I have never seen a yellow school bus HOHO tour. As this seems to be specific to NCL you may care to try posting your question on the NCL board.

Yes the description says multiple downtown stops. I wonder if it does have commentary. The price is very reasonable for the 5 hour tour.
