jaspercat Posted October 30, 2010 #26 Share Posted October 30, 2010 It's like living in a giant apartment building, where your only view is of other people's apartments - in this case, their balconies. [/url] Great photos Carol -- I'm assuming the above is the CL and not Dazzles (I didn't go up to the 2nd level of Dazzles, but the CL is the deck above that right?) Anyway, I had a Boardwalk Balcony on my recent sailing and Loved It! Would definitely consider booking one again whenever I get to sail on her again. BUT -- my cabin was 6 in from the AquaTheatre so the only people looking in would be those across from me or just around me -- Not those sitting in lounges or the cross-over up on the pool deck -- which can look right into the cabins at that end very clearly. Any privacy on the balcony here is really non-existant.
wg6530 Posted October 30, 2010 #27 Share Posted October 30, 2010 Those public balconies are on both sides and decks 11, 12 and 14 have them. We were on the Oasis last month and used them all. The higher the deck the smaller the balcony is though. excellent. Our cabin is near the aft on 11. I am delighted to hear there is a nice public balcony nearby. You will get a great view of the aquatheater shows from the public balconies on deck 11. Hope you have a wonderful cruise on the Oasis, we certainly did. Can't wait wait to try the Allure some time :D.
