If you have a drink package are drinks on labadee included?

You mean sodas? Yes. but, instead of being "fountain", it will be poured from a 2-liter bottle. At least, that's how it was when we were there on RCI.

Your beverage packages (except for Stateroom Bar Setup and Riedel Wine Glass Comparative Workshop) can be enjoyed in any bar, restaurant or lounge onboard the ship. Additionally, you may enjoy the packages on our private island, Labadee. With the exception of the Stateroom Bar Setup, none of the packages can be used in your stateroom.

Be sure to check your account for erroneous charges. We unexpectedly visited Labadee this week (thanks, Hurricane Paula) and my husband was charged for a beer even though he had the premium package (incl. alcohol). The guest relations desk was very polite when we inquired about the charge, and they requested a reversal from the bar manager.
