I have never cruised before, we are leaving Sunday on the Splendor. Can I wear Denim Capri's with a nice top to the restraunts? Other than formal nights?

Sure! Almost every woman will be wearing capris!

You will see almost every type of "dress" most nights in the MDR except for elegant nights and then not everyone is dressed. We packed way too many clothes for our 7 day cruise.

You'll be dressed nicer than many of the others from what I've experienced.

Yep, capris will do just fine in the MDR on no-formal nights. I plan to pack at least a couple of pairs of capris myself. Enjoy your cruise!

You can wear that any night. No formal nights, but they do have elegant night. As a rule it is rarely enforced.

Yes you can- the dress code has really be relaxed. But most people still dress up on formal nights. Have a great cruise. Julie G.

This is one good thing about Carnival, casual and dressy casual is always the norm.
