in looking to book our entertainment... last week signed in and noticed $75.00 OBC that wasn't there last month or when I booked. signed in today and it says $150.

kinda exciting. think its a mistake or just them being nice?

Maybe a friend or relative is giving this to you? On our last cruise we and rest of the family put $$$ on mom's account so that she had enough to cover DSC/specialties/a little casino $ and she still had a few left over

OBC of $75.00 per cabin is everywhere right now. $150.00 if you have two cabins booked or got another deal. Lots of promotions out there.

I'll be curious to see if this is a computer glitch that they eventually locate and fix. My cruise was booked with a $75 total OBC. It showed in my paperwork after I booked and on the website when they added that feature a couple months ago. All was good. I just made final payment this week. The website still said $75 OBC for a day or so. Then at some point in the last couple days, the OBC now has been bumped up to $150 according to my account on the NCL website. I'm not aware of any reason why this should be the case. No one has been buying me OBC as a gift. I'll be keeping an eye on it. Maybe they're being generous or there was some OBC that I wasn't aware of based on making final payment. But that would be a surprise.

This is what I was thinking.. I was going to call if/when my cabin cat price dropped. for OBC...even though its after final payment... but thought maybe they just added it to be nice anyway?

there was no OBC offer at all when we booked.

One possible answer - if this is your 6th NCL cruise and you have changed from bronze to silver Latitudes level, you could be receiving OBC for this.

Good luck - I hope it stays there for you!!

Just an update here that NCL must have figured out their mistake. The OBC is now back down to $75, which is what it was supposed to have been all along. Oh well. It's still better than nothing.

I just returned from the Epic 11/6 sailing. The same thing happened to us. When we signed on it was for $75 OBC per cabin based on a balcony stateroom. Well one day I noticed it was up to $150 with no explanation. I am happy to say we did receive $150 credit, I don't know why but I don't look a gift horse in the eye as they say! I will be writing my review this week. I will say that it was great and only spent $330 all week, including one side trip to Orient Beach. Unfortunately our St. John excursion was cancelled due to weather! Thank goodness we were on a ship with things to keep us busy as we passed by Nassau.
