Everytime I am in bed on a cruise ship there are 10 or 20 toenails in my bed. Maybe its just me, but I don't mind :)

If the usual standard of service is lacking, some adjustment in the service is called for. I'm generally opposed to making things right with cash... that does not change anything. Actions speak louder than dollars, if you get my drift.

 

When someone has an unrealistic expectation, and that expectation is not met, then I would just let that go. You can't win them all you know!
